- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Important Notes
- • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or defective
- • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
- • Custom furniture orders require 50% cancellation fee if cancelled after production starts
- • Installation charges are non-refundable
